Available to agents throughout the AI Silver Birch portfolio, Zillow Preview enables eligible listings to appear on Zillow and Trulia during the pre-market period, allowing agents to generate early buyer interest, strengthen listing presentations, and deliver additional value to sellers while operating within applicable MLS guidelines. Zillow positions the program as a way to expand public access to pre-market listings while brokerages remain responsible for MLS compliance.
